Download the latest snapshot from the download section and extract it
make a copy of mpaf.properties.default.xml and name it mpaf.properties.user.xml
adjust mpaf.properties.user.xml to your setup, see the Configuration article
Install Java7 JRE
open a command prompt
use: java -jar mpaf.jar
