Fix f"{name}_{idx}" pattern for name generations with quoted names #569

Followup of #567

Wrong renaming refs when original column name requires quoting (""name""_idx instead of "name_idx")

Check if the same pattern f"{name}_{idx}" will also produce the same bug on following files:

• join_aggregate_transpose.py
• sqlglot_transform_utils.py
• relational_converter.py
• agg_split.py
• hybrid_operations.py
