docs: Add Simplified Chinese README (README.zh-CN.md)

Summary

This PR adds a Simplified Chinese translation of the main README to help Chinese-speaking developers better understand and use Memray.

Motivation

Memray is an excellent memory profiler for Python, but the documentation is currently only available in English. As Python continues to grow in popularity in China, providing Chinese documentation will help more developers:

• Understand Memray's features and capabilities
• Get started with memory profiling more easily
• Contribute to the project

Changes

• Added README.zh-CN.md with a complete Simplified Chinese translation of the main README
• Translated all sections including installation, usage, native tracking, live mode, and API documentation
• Maintained all original links, code examples, and formatting
