Summary
This PR adds a Simplified Chinese translation of the main README to help Chinese-speaking developers better understand and use Memray.
Motivation
Memray is an excellent memory profiler for Python, but the documentation is currently only available in English. As Python continues to grow in popularity in China, providing Chinese documentation will help more developers:
