Not taking this one. Tailwind 4 is a ground-up rewrite: CSS-first configuration, no tailwind.config.js, new engine. That is a real migration, not a version bump.

There are zero open Dependabot alerts and zero code scanning alerts, so nothing here is security-driven. The Next 16 migration was justified because dependency alerts had to close. That justification does not exist for this.

The dashboard is a local inspection surface and ROADMAP.md puts it last on purpose. Rewriting its styling layer this week is exactly the work that decision was made to avoid.

Revisit if a security advisory lands on Tailwind 3, or if the dashboard stops being last.
