…design document overview.md was duplicating ~80% of the design document. Rewrote it in STE100 as a concise entry point that describes each document and when to use it. Moved the CIP-7/CIP-44 bonding requirements table and the responsibility matrix into design-document.md where they belong.
…nted The TypeScript service now has a full working implementation, not "planned". Both services remain partial on escrow and penalties (Track B freeze/unfreeze is manual in v1).
