Summary

  • Refactors overview.md from a standalone explainer into a concise navigation page with a documentation map
  • Moves unique content (entry barriers table, responsibility split, components intro) into design-document.md
  • Updates byos-service-ts implementation status from planned to implemented/partial

Test plan

  • Verify VitePress build passes (npm run build)
  • Check all internal links in the documentation map resolve correctly
  • Confirm no content was lost in the move from overview to design document

…design document

overview.md was duplicating ~80% of the design document. Rewrote it in
STE100 as a concise entry point that describes each document and when to
use it. Moved the CIP-7/CIP-44 bonding requirements table and the
responsibility matrix into design-document.md where they belong.
…nted

The TypeScript service now has a full working implementation, not
"planned". Both services remain partial on escrow and penalties
(Track B freeze/unfreeze is manual in v1).

Risk: low. Approved this documentation-only refactor of overview.md and design-document.md; Bugbot and Security Agent were not running, and no human reviewers were assigned.
