records not playing on linux/cachyos (fix below)

every time i put a url on a disc then try to play it, it infinitely sends out the sculk particle
in the logs it says
"[17:18:47] [DefaultDispatcher-worker-3/INFO] [me.mo.cr.fo.Logger/]: [CreateHarmonics] Restarted source playback since it hanged, probably for this url seek is not supported" one time. tried youtube twitter and google drive links and all of them gave the same result
dunno why this happens since it worked fine before when i was on windows, but also im pretty new to linux so it could be something on my side screwing it up

for fixing this (i assume you're using prism launcher) but I think it works for any, but you have to give the launcher tls access or it cant have encrypted connections (and fails)

someone just had the same issue with Nobara, so I think it's the same for CachyOS (on other distros it seems it's working ok) and what I'm worried about is that it's a issue introduced by newer versions of ffmpeg/yt-dlp;
in any case, in prism at least you have to add this two env variables either on prism directly on the instance

SSL_CERT_FILE=/etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt
SSL_CERT_DIR=/etc/pki/tls/certs
CURL_CA_BUNDLE=/etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt

if it's not on that location try searching in this one /etc/ca-certificates/, since it depends on the specific distro

try
SSL_CERT_FILE=/etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt
SSL_CERT_DIR=/etc/ssl/certs/
CURL_CA_BUNDLE=/etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt
if the ones above doesn't work and make sure openssl is installed
