Promote: match the product tone on an expired order - #12

The expired-order row said "Otherwise just order again". The house copy rules ban that word where it would make a money-adjacent act sound trivial, and this is the row a reader reaches when their reservation window closed and they are wondering what happened to a payment. The product copy changed in the same breath, so the House Manual and the order ticket say the same sentence. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The product copy in
apps/web/lib/copy.tschanges in the same breath on forked-felines#59, so the House Manual and the order ticket carry the same sentence. This documentation change is safe to publish ahead of it: the House Manual describes the state rather than rendering it, and both wordings describe the same behaviour. No product fact changed.
