Promote the reviewed marketplace documentation from #40. It explains exact total-price lots, base-unit quantities, separate ZRC-20 rulesets, approval, cancellation, and unresolved execution recovery.
This promotion also includes #42, which fixes the shared-port collision exposed by the first release CI run. Accessibility now uses an owned ephemeral loopback preview, verifies its run/build identity, and cleans up only its own server and child. All existing browser checks remain enabled.
The page describes source support and retains installed-build qualification requirements. This is documentation publication; it does not authorize a wallet release.
Validation: #42 passed all five lifecycle tests, the complete documentation test/build gates, its 81-page local browser audit in both themes, and exact-head CI. The updated promotion at develop commit 26572f2 passed both concurrent CI runs: promotion 35228720887 and develop push 35228714684.
