Three Codex worktrees under .codex/worktrees/ held uncommitted work from 2026-09-18. This PR commits it on its own branches and brings it onto develop, so nothing is lost before those worktrees are removed.

  • EXECUTION_STATUS.md and README.md: the 18 September development status. It is dated, and it keeps the 6 September record as history.
  • release-evidence.md (English and Chinese): two dated entries, "2026-09-18: source-health development candidate" and "2026-09-18: ownership recovery candidate". They sit in date order, between the 23 September and 17 September entries.
  • package.json: kept develop's version. The worktree copy predated the overrides block and the dependency-security test. Develop already had the engine pin and .nvmrc.

Local checks pass: check-runners, check-docs, check-manifest, check-content, check-translations, check-contrast.
