Adds the Nostr Studio section to the protocols page: identity, publishing with exact-bytes readback and receipt dispositions, NIP-17 messages, Lightning addresses, zaps, order payment, Wallet Connect and auto-zap on the Universe-owned relay and Core Lightning node; states what a receipt does not prove and how health is reported. Pairs with bitcoinuniverseio/inscribe#205.
