Hi @ajtowns , on behalf of Blockstream Research I am submitting this Binana proposal to get Simplicity deployed on Bitcoin Inquisition.
I realize there's no official BIP yet for Simplicity, so have written one here.
Please let me know if it's adequate or if you'd like any changes.
