chore(npm): normalize repository.url to npm's git+https form
Two people can otherwise work on the same issue, and a newcomer gets no pointer to the right code before writing any. Pull requests for unassigned issues may be closed, which the guide now says up front.
docs: ask contributors to claim an issue first
Also drops the test count from the checklist: it said 93+, and the suite is past 350.
docs: ask in the PR template whether the issue was assigned
FUNDING.yml turns on the Sponsor button on the repository page; the README mentions it once, at the end of Contributing.

macOS now follows changes to the system default microphone and speaker when no device is explicitly selected. Named CLI/config choices stay pinned; audio settings can restore system-default routing. The rail and settings reflect the actual active device, preserve per-microphone gate settings, and refresh hotplugged devices while macOS settings remain open.
Also includes Nix flake support (#167), the npm repository URL correction (#169), and documentation/contribution/sponsor updates. Rust and npm package versions are aligned at 0.3.4.
Validation: the feature and develop CI passed on macOS, Ubuntu, and Windows; 377 automated tests passed with 6 ignored. A real macOS audio stream recovery/loopback test passed. The final release PR runs the platform matrix again. Ubuntu source compilation and text chat startup were manually exercised; actual Ubuntu voice hardware remains unverified because its default ALSA microphone could not open.
Automatic system-default tracking is macOS-only. If audio cannot start, text chat remains available; starting voice later from that text-only session remains a future improvement.
