Description

The PR template's checklist now starts with "This PR is for an issue assigned to me, or it fixes a typo or a broken link", linking to the claim-first rule added to CONTRIBUTING.md in #170.

It also drops the test count from the cargo test line: it said "93+", and the suite is past 350.

Type of Change

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
  • Documentation update

Checklist

  • This PR is for an issue assigned to me (see Finding an Issue), or it fixes a typo or a broken link.
  • I have run cargo test and all tests pass. (docs only)
  • I have run cargo clippy --all-targets and resolved all warnings. (docs only)
  • I have formatted my code with cargo fmt. (docs only)
  • I have updated relevant documentation / Wiki files.

Also drops the test count from the checklist: it said 93+, and the suite is
past 350.
