• (Installing CTOOLS from an ISO and patching it and adding to env PATH)
• (Instructions to clone the repo with Win Git or MSYS2 terminal)
• (Put the ROMs in the ROM dir to extract blobs)
• (Opening the repo with VSCode)
• (Opening a terminal in VSCode and running Make)
