If you want to further customize this template, download this repo and run it locally at your machine
To use this template, host it at your own web server (with ssl enabled).

Follow the steps mentioned here to setup your configurable application to share it with your organization.

Paste the configurable parameters from resources/configParams.json into the "Configuration Parameters" input.

Enter the URL for the this template(your own hosted full web server URL or https://www.bgtdevhub.com/apptemplate/index.html) for your configurable app at the "Data Source" input.
Has been tested to work with ArcGIS 10.8.1 but the configurable app template application (the one in portal) needs to be created from Web App Builder Developer edition.
