Update project dependencies

• Fixed a pre-existing build failure caused by useSearchParams() not being wrapped in a Suspense boundary on the home page
• Updated all minor and patch dependencies within their declared semver ranges
• Upgraded lucide-react, prettier, react, and react-dom to latest major versions
• Upgraded globals (16→17) and @commitlint (19→20) to latest major versions
• Upgraded Next.js to v16, opting into webpack explicitly to maintain compatibility with @serwist/next (which does not yet support Turbopack)
• Removed the eslint.ignoreDuringBuilds config option dropped in Next.js 16
• Updated tsconfig.json to use react-jsx transform and include .next/dev/types as required by Next.js 16
