Overview
Ports Even Better Lyrics Plus to the rewritten animation engine: updates the active-line class and the dead per-word delay variable, rebuilds the word bob on the engine's wobble variables instead of a redefined keyframe, and sets glow globally since the new engine resolves it at the container. Bumps the minimum version to 2.4.0.1 so it only loads on builds that ship the new engine.
