Slide 11's model library exists and is active at SECQUOIA/gdplib (~20 model families; upstream grossmann-group/gdplib stale since 2022), but has no archival citation (only the OSTI report + AIChE talks) while being the benchmark set for the LD-SDA (C&ChE 2025) and exact-hull (arXiv:2508.16093) papers.
Scope:
- Archival paper (JOSS or similar) with model provenance, statistics, and baseline results.
- Benchmark harness exercising the roadmap items as they land (set covering B5, LD-SDA, exact hull A4, mbigm, P-split A7) with per-transformation/per-algorithm performance profiles.
- Sync/retire the stale upstream fork situation.
