Managed Codali sessions need private state outside the workspace, an explicitly pinned embedding service, and useful TypeScript dependency graphs before edits. This adds managed-runtime capability negotiation, prevents silent embedding-space fallback in strict mode, keeps private repository/profile state out of the workspace, and resolves explicit .js imports to TypeScript source. Watcher initialization has a bounded configurable deadline.

The candidate includes current upstream health-after-pruning and web-discovery fixes. Selection unit tests now isolate their failure-history directory under the existing environment lock; parallel runs previously allowed another test's failing-agent history to affect selection.

Validation: 794 library tests and 33 integration tests passed, with one existing ignored library test. The integration set covers graph indexing/query controls, repository isolation, profile HTTP, conversation memory and MCP HTTP/SSE. The preceding optimized candidate passed the real Codali managed-Docdex integration; the optimized build of this exact commit is under qualification. This remains a draft until package installation and both-host rollout checks finish.
