The document adheres to the strict determinism and layout rules defined in CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md including a 4-step Pattern Lifecycle, Mermaid diagrams without inline styles, YAML frontmatter, and GitHub callouts. Also updated README.md to link this file in both English and Russian indices.
