That pass covered **339** identifiers. The manifest now carries **373**, and
none has been removed, so 34 entered it after the only pass that had ever
checked one against the code — eleven of them named nowhere in the file at all.
Those 34 were audited on 2026-09-14, and the re-audits of 09-06, 09-07, 09-09
and 09-12 are recorded in the same header. A list of unmet goals goes stale in
the direction of being wrong about the product, which is why each pass is dated
rather than folded into the one before it.

App-store distribution is the largest block, and it is
[scoped](../00-overview/roadmap.md#2--app-store-publishing-and-distribution) —
all four stores, with direct download retained wherever it remains possible
([ADR-0032](../00-overview/decisions/0032-all-four-stores-additive-to-direct-download.md)).
It is no longer outstanding as engineering. Re-audited one identifier at a time
on 2026-09-07: twenty-two of the twenty-eight are satisfied, four are console
records and listing copy that neither repository can decide, and the two that
were open are engineering-complete and wait on a provisioning profile and an
installer certificate rather than on a change.

The manifest also carries the three latent risks and the four relayed-identity
requirements that were reclassified into v2.0 scope on 2026-09-05.
