E2-R24 shipped and drew the line at three readers. The entry stayed in the map the Noise handshake admits on, and the page said so rather than leaving it implied. E2-R25 answers it: the entry verifies signatures, admits no session, takes no epoch, is offered as no peer, is on no list, and cannot be removed — removal would clear the confirmation the restored log verifies against.
