The Add/Edit fuel code grid turned isUpdating off from a setTimeout(0) by calling setState inside another setState updater. When React computes that updater eagerly, for example after the page's parent re-renders, the nested update is overwritten and isUpdating stays true. The "Updating data..." overlay then never clears and the grid stays locked. Remove the row from the pending set and recompute isUpdating in a single state update instead.
