The portable zip carried the one-file exe, which unpacks itself to a temp folder on every launch; antiviruses often flag such exes. CineConvert-portable.zipлежал exe из одного файла: он при каждом запуске распаковывает себя во временную папку. Антивирусы часто считают такие exe угрозой; это известное ложное срабатывание у программ на PyInstaller.Что изменено
