In two situations, the focused window is automatically raised when the layout should remain the same. This is noticeable when there is an overlap of windows due to floating windows. - Moving the pointer from one monitor to another monitor that has overlapping windows. - Calling the `bspc desktop -f` command to switch to a different desktop or even to the current desktop.
