Bumps the version to 0.6.0. Merging publishes to PyPI and creates the v0.6.0 GitHub release once CI passes on main.

Minor release because the minimum Python is now 3.10. Highlights since 0.5.6:

• Python 3.10-3.15 supported; on 3.15 startup imports are lazy (PEP 810), about 140 ms to 45 ms.
• kilm update detects uv, conda and Nix installs correctly, honors --target-version, and caches the PyPI check for 24 hours.
• Backups taken within one second no longer overwrite each other (Backups made within the same second overwrite each other #12).
• Leaf command help no longer shows COMMAND [ARGS]... (Command help shows a spurious COMMAND [ARGS]... in usage #13, thanks @jay23606).
• Setup no longer corrupts wrapped library URIs and writes KiCad files atomically; sync --auto-setup no longer crashes.
• Template fixes: template make templates the main KiCad files, its post-create hook runs, --library is honored, values are no longer HTML-escaped.
• Docs on Astro 7; all Dependabot alerts resolved.
