Summary

Prepare the 2.8.2 patch release.

• Bump the package version from 2.8.1 to 2.8.2.
• Move the current [Unreleased] changelog entries into [2.8.2] - 2026-10-17,
  keeping the Added, Fixed, Security order.
• Update the changelog comparison links, and the release row on the
  comparison page, which now reads October. pybreaker 1.4.1, circuitbreaker
  2.1.3, aiobreaker 1.2.0 and purgatory 3.0.1 are still the latest on PyPI, so
  the other cells stand.
• Regenerate docs/llms-full.txt.

Patch, not minor: the release adds no public API. griffe check interlock --search . reports the VERSION attribute (2.8.1 → 2.8.2) as the only
difference. Everything since 2.8.1 is CI, docs and package metadata, and the
library code is unchanged. This follows 2.8.1 and 2.6.1, whose Added
sections also held changes outside the library surface.

What reaches a user:

• Python 3.15 is declared and tested (ci: run the test suite on Python 3.15 and 3.15t #243). PyPI gets the
  Programming Language :: Python :: 3.15 classifier, so the README
  pyversions badge picks up 3.15 with this upload. CI runs the full matrix on
  3.15 and the free-threaded 3.15t.
• The wheel names its import (feat: declare the import name and docs/security URLs in package metadata #247). Import-Name: interlock (PEP 794,
  core metadata 2.5) lets tools map import interlock back to interlock-cb.
  The PyPI sidebar gains Documentation and Security links (PEP 753).
• The llms.txt page links resolve (fix: publish the Markdown pages llms.txt links to #245). This is already live: the docs
  deploy runs on every push to main, and getting-started.md, guides/*.md
  and integrations/*.md now return 200 on the site. It is in the changelog
  because the fix shipped after 2.8.1.
• Dependabot bumps wait a week and arrive grouped (ci: batch and delay Dependabot bumps, audit all of .github/ with zizmor #246). This is
  repository-side supply-chain hygiene. Nothing changes in the package.

• The package builds as interlock_cb-2.8.2. twine check passed on both artefacts, check-wheel-contents is OK, and the sdist carries no .hypothesis/ entry.
• The wheel METADATA shows Metadata-Version: 2.5, Import-Name: interlock, the 3.15 classifier and the new project URLs.
• zensical build --strict is clean.
