session-summary test fails after 2026-09-08: fixed date older than LATEST_MAX_AGE_DAYS #9

tests/hooks/session-summary.test.ts "is idempotent per session ... and readable as latest" writes summaries dated 2026-08-18 and then calls readLatestSessionSummary(db) with the real clock. LATEST_MAX_AGE_DAYS is 21 (src/hooks/session-summary.ts:35), so since 2026-09-08 the row counts as too old, the function returns null and the test fails with "expected undefined to be 'second version'".

It fails on origin/main (f13cf25) as well, independent of any other change. Fix: pass the same fixed now to readLatestSessionSummary in the test.
