chore(package): prepare for 0.6.0 - #25

The reusable workflows pin the actions they call at the release they belong to, and the release commit cannot move them because GITHUB_TOKEN may not write under .github/workflows/. So they move here, beside the version bump, and the pin tests pass again. At v0.6.0 the actions default book_table to the shipped table, and summarise-match takes sprt_model. The workflows at v0.5.0 would have handed the old actions an empty book_table. v0.6.0, a minor bump.The version and the changelog section are the whole diff. Merging this
tags
v0.6.0and starts the release, which publishes the sdistand the wheel and makes the github release from the tag.
Close it without merging to call the release off. Nothing has been
tagged or published yet.
