Move the maintainers credit from a bold text line at the bottom of the README into a small single-segment badge under the header badge rows, linking to the contributors page.

The bold maintainers line at the bottom looked out of place and unprofessional next to the badge-styled header. This keeps the credit visible but low-key and consistent with the rest of the README's badge design.
