Fix metronome UI v55: beats full-width + BPM button opens Tempo modal
[WIP] Adjust metronome view for responsive design
- Replace hardcoded appVersion '1.2' with dynamic loading from manifest - Add proper error handling and fallback to default version - Update splash screen version display to use manifest value - Fixes issue where version number wasn't syncing with package metadata
