Adds a College football league switch with FBS schedules, live/final game details, and picks for the published 12-team College Football Playoff field. NFL remains the default, and existing NFL bracket documents stay compatible.
Validation: production build, type check, lint (seven existing warnings), 41 unit/script tests passed; four database-dependent tests skipped locally. All 15 targeted Chromium tests and all four new mobile Safari tests passed, including accessibility and mobile/laptop/ultra-wide layout checks. Two existing wheel-specific tests cannot run in mobile WebKit; their Chromium runs passed.
Live API checks returned all 71 current-week FBS games, the 12-team 2025 CFP field, college box scores with drives/leaders, and a locked unpublished 2026 field. Under 4× CPU throttling, 150 ms network latency and 200 KB/s download, the live schedule appeared in 5.9 seconds with 25 rendered rows and no horizontal overflow.
CFP paths follow the official 12-team format. The test fixture is a reduced ESPN 2025 CFP scoreboard response; ESPN remains the upstream source for schedules, field seeds, and game details.
