Squash-merge all changes from neodb branch (quote posts, group actors, replies collections, preview cards, conversations API, report API, media uploads, security fixes, Django 5, signature fixes, relay support, Mastodon API compatibility, tests), then remove all NeoDB-specific integration: NEODB_MQ, neodb_sync_local, ext_neodb, URL rewriting, identity signal handler, Codeberg mirror, and rebrand to Takahe. Restore navigation elements removed by neodb branch: base.html header links (settings, admin, login/signup), settings menu entries (Login & Security, Interface, Create Identity, Delete Identity, migration links). Add Python 3.14 and PostgreSQL 18 to CI test matrix. Apply ruff fixes. Bump dependencies including lxml 6.0.2, pydantic 2.12.5, django 5.2.12.
