AI & Automation | Python & SQL | Enterprise Systems | Digital Transformation

I turn complex systems, data and operational knowledge into practical tools. My work combines technology delivery with hands-on exploration of AI, automation, software and knowledge management.

I’m a technology and digital transformation manager with an international background in enterprise software and operations. I connect business needs with technical implementation, from discovery and integration through testing, adoption and support.

What I work with

  • AI & automation: knowledge assistants, workflow automation, AI-assisted development and practical prototypes.
  • Python & SQL: scripting, data queries, analysis, validation and repeatable operational tasks.
  • Web & integration: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, data mapping and connected systems.
  • Enterprise delivery: requirements, configuration, migration, testing, training and service delivery.

Hospitality technology is a core part of my background. I’ve worked with Oracle Hospitality systems—including OPERA Cloud, OPERA 5, Fidelio, MICROS POS and Simphony—as well as Infor HMS, Hilton OnQ, Bluvista, Hilstar and MARSHA. My experience spans PMS/POS, payments, finance and reporting; integrations and data mapping across CRM, revenue-management and booking-engine platforms; and hotel IT, infrastructure, key-card encoders, ID scanners, in-room technology and multimedia systems.
