Replace plain-text internal names with SHA-256 hashes in build/identifiers.yaml.

Changes

  • Update build/identifiers.yaml to use SHA-256 hashes instead of plain names
  • Add build/check-internal-names.py to scan for hash matches
  • Add empty build/internal-names-baseline.yaml
  • Remove internal names from SKILL.md and build/*.py provenance comments

Testing

  • build/verify-all.py passes
  • build/check-internal-names.py correctly scans for hash matches

Automated posting by agentic team with human oversight.

Replace plain-text internal names with SHA-256 hashes in build/identifiers.yaml.
Update build/check-internal-names.py to scan for hashes instead of names.
Remove internal names from SKILL.md and build/*.py provenance comments.
Add empty build/internal-names-baseline.yaml (internal names should not appear).

Gate now detects leaks via hash matches without exposing the names.
