README.md now points users to the install commands that exist in the repository.

Changes

• Replaces three missing builder-script commands in README.md with the supported full-kit dry run, full install, and single-ingredient install commands.
• Keeps the change limited to the How you use it section and its closing explanation.

Validation

• python3 -m unittest discover -s tests passed: 36 tests.
• Full-kit and single-ingredient dry runs passed and created no target files.
• bash install.sh --help and python3 build/install.py --help accept the documented flags.
• protean-drafts is present in kit.lock.json.
• git diff --check passed.
• The three removed builder-script references are absent from the README and absent from build/ at head 77cf24853066ecc3676693ccb0705678399e4c44.

Limits

• A real full install remains blocked by a pre-existing pinned-ingredient target mismatch for skills/protean-handoff. This PR does not change the installer, lockfile, or ingredient contents.
