The README now tells a developer when the draft-review ingredient fits and when another ingredient owns the check.

Changes

  • Added a Do you need this? block with role, use cases, and non-fits.
  • Preserved the renderer, gate sequence, templates, and installation documentation.

Validation

  • python3 gates/protean-drafts/check-internal-names.py . passed.
  • python3 scripts/protean-drafts/check-prose.py skills/draft-review-html/SKILL.md passed.
  • python3 gates/protean-drafts/check-renderer-defaults.py . passed.
  • python3 -m unittest discover -s tests passed: 11 tests.
  • The change is limited to README.md.

The positioning follows the pipeline, renderer, templates, and declared gates. The About description is updated separately in repository metadata.
