README review and improvements

  • Put verified demo metrics and three direct report links at the top.
  • Make the three-minute tour explicit: real BharatCode repair trail, Kannada inherited lang tag, clean Hindi browser evidence.
  • Correct the unsupported implication that a screen reader was actually tested or that a change to a government website was applied and verified.
  • Distinguish browser-only scans (no key) from optional BharatCode calls, and avoid unnecessary repeated model usage for demo reviewers.
  • Explain source-of-truth measurements, scope limitations, and the local web app's two-terminal setup.
  • Bring wording for font names and line spacing in line with the current precision detector.
  • Align submission guide with the three published reports instead of the older Wikipedia workflow.
  • Keep the already-published final showcase script safe to rerun after README edits. Add tests for the claims and links.

Documentation and test maintenance only. No scanner or model integration changes. No generated reports, screenshots or GitHub Pages content altered. Merge only with passing CI.
