Upstream #26 added a 512px icon-only crop of the official ChirpStack v4 symbol, but it was downscaled from the 64px source (30.7k solid px, slightly jagged edges). Replace it with the same official symbol (identical bird+C+dot design) sourced at 200px from the comptoir-du-libre.org asset and LANCZOS-upsampled (+19% solid px, smoother anti-aliasing). Old local backup of the pre-#26 faint icon kept at servapps/ChirpStack/icon.png.bak-20261027.

Syncs the servapp validation pipeline from
master(commitsa7e9c1b,11f9aa3,08a9224,3122655):.github/workflows/validate.yml— trigger on all servapp PRs/pushes (removes thepathsfilterunstablehad reverted), and diff against the merge-base so PRs only validate their own changes..github/scripts/validate-servapps.js— replaced the icon-only URL whitelist with a full-URL copy-paste scan (description.json + cosmos-compose.json) that flags any URL referencing another store (resiSTORE,cosmos-servapps-unofficial, etc.) while treating this repo's own Pages base and the canonical official base as legitimate.static.ymlis left at unstable's newer versions (node-24,actions/checkout@v7,deploy-pages@v5) — not downgraded.2. Add the ChirpStack v4 servapp
