[TEST] Untested run_llm_rca function

[arumes31]

Added unit tests for the run_llm_rca Celery task in hookwise/tasks.py.
Also improved the test environment by mocking Redis and setting GUI_PASSWORD in conftest.py
to ensure overall test stability and prevent connection errors in the test suite.
