[TEST] Missing Tests for SSRF Security Functions#230

This commit enhances the test suite for SSRF security functions in internal/security/ssrf.go. Changes: - Expanded TestIsInternalIP to cover IPv4-mapped IPv6 addresses, Unique Local Addresses (ULA), and link-local unicast addresses. - Added test cases to TestIsSafeURL for IPv6 literals in brackets and IP literals with explicit ports to ensure better input validation coverage. - Enhanced TestSafeSocketControl to handle addresses without ports and various IPv6 address formats. Coverage for IsInternalIP and SafeSocketControl is now at 100%. IsSafeURL reached 93.8% coverage. Co-authored-by: arumes31 <114224498+arumes31@users.noreply.github.com>
