Problem

The task processor for webhooks contained misleading comments suggesting that GetWebhookByID was missing and that the system was temporarily fetching all active webhooks to find the target. This created confusion about the performance of the task processing loop.

Solution

  • Removed the outdated and confusing comments in internal/tasks/webhook_task.go.
  • Refactored the documentation in ProcessTask to accurately describe the optimized single-record lookup using GetWebhookByID.
  • Verified that GetWebhookByID is already implemented and used correctly in both the repository and the task handler.
  • Confirmed system stability through build checks and short test runs.

Impact

Improves code maintainability and clarifies that the webhook lookup is already optimized for performance.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 7844725525562407966 started by @arumes31

Optimized the webhook lookup in task processing by removing outdated and misleading comments that suggested the use of a full-list fetch. The code correctly utilizes `GetWebhookByID` for efficient single-record retrieval, and the documentation now accurately reflects this optimized path.
