[TEST] Untested CheckAuth Function

Added comprehensive test cases for AuthService.CheckAuth, VerifyTOTP, and CreateAdmin to cover all branches, including nil repository checks, database error handling, and invalid token expiry parsing.

Testing:

• Verified 100% statement coverage for internal/service/auth_service.go
• Ran go test -v -short ./internal/service/
• Verified all tests pass.
