What changed

separate semantic tokens for inverse surfaces and primary buttons
restore readable dark backgrounds for the final CTA and large feature card
fix CTA button hover/foreground colors in dark mode
raise faint table/footer text and workbench arrow contrast
add a light/dark WCAG AA regression test
