The 0.2.0 release build now produces core metadata 2.5, which the pinned v1.13.0 upload action rejects before uploading. Update the action to the SHA-pinned v1.14.2 release, whose Twine 7 supports this format.
Validation: the failed production run identifies the unsupported metadata version; upstream v1.14.2 release notes explicitly confirm metadata 2.5 support. PR build and SDK integration checks must pass before merging; then publish the existing v0.2.0 tag with registry installation verification.
