Adds Neuronto to the reference implementations page, following the format of the existing entries.
What it is: a hosted federated registry and publisher, open source (Apache-2.0). The points that may make it useful on this page specifically:
federation: autoas live concurrent fan-out over the other public registries with reciprocal rank fusion, which as far as we can measure no other hosted implementation does yet (most answer from their own catalogue; WellKnown returns referrals).tools/list(31,000+ verified tools), with reachability and auth requirements recorded per endpoint.All claims in the section are verifiable against the live endpoints with the commands shown. Related field data filed separately in ards-project/ard-spec#88. Happy to trim, reword or reposition the section however you prefer.
