Summary

Before: CI runs only for pull requests into master, so a stacked PR gets no checks.

After: the pull_request trigger has no branch filter, so every PR gets CI. A new push to a PR cancels that PR's run still in progress; pushes to master are never cancelled.

Type of change

  • Bug fix (non-breaking)
  • New feature (non-breaking)
  • Breaking change
  • New provider
  • New / updated binding
  • Docs / RFC

CI configuration only (.github/workflows/ci.yml, +6/−1).

Notes for reviewers

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Pull requests into a branch other than master got no CI, so a stacked PR
could not show it was green against the PR below it. The pull_request
trigger now has no branch filter. A new push to a PR cancels that PR's
run still in progress; pushes to master are never cancelled.
