文档对齐：ROADMAP、RFC 状态与 API 文档跟上 V4 和新 ABI #277

核对基线：master 5743a40a。V4 八层、#257–#261 和 #265 合并后，多处文档仍描述旧代码。

ROADMAP 与 RFC-0036

• ROADMAP 复核日期和基线（仍是 2026-10-03、a8e3a996）更新；"123 个 extern C"改为 14；已关闭的 错误处理 — 参考并对齐 AI SDK 的错误体系(持续跟踪) #95、Tracking: code reduction roadmap (providers, FFI, bindings, docs) #166、Complete recording and replay (RFC-0023): protocol-generic replay, one record format, all bindings #167、Registry maintenance: weekly models.dev diff report and monthly reachability probe #170、Registry triage: 27 base_url disagreements and 116 missing providers vs models.dev #171、Auth level 1: registry auth spec and a single apply_auth #174、Auth level 2: credential resolution, CredentialStore, and a generic token refresher #175、Tool-call input boundary: type the raw/parsed distinction, drop the unused StreamingToolCallTracker #185 不再作为活跃项，改指新的跟踪 issue（录制 schema 3 与传输层回放（发布前，RFC-0041） #270–Core 运行时：与 AI SDK 的剩余差距（对齐文档 §9.1 已知差距） #276）；A2、A4、B1、B4/B5、RFC-0033 入库标为完成；"binding wire 与 C ABI 不变"和"Tool-call input boundary: type the raw/parsed distinction, drop the unused StreamingToolCallTracker #185 移入 provider-utils"两行按 §0.7 修正；1.0 发布判据改指 RFC-0036 §14.2；§6.1 体积表换成 V4 后的数值；stdio 写明后置。
• RFC-0036 §12.3 节点矩阵：ops、C1、C3、D1–D7、A2、A4、C4 仍标"待实现"。

RFC 状态行与正文

• 已实现但仍写 Draft：RFC-0029、0036、0039、0040、0042。RFC-0039、0040 仍写 docs: full-chain AI SDK alignment design and impact map #200 未合并，并把体积 RFC 称为 RFC-0038（实为 0043）。
• 状态写错：RFC-0034"P4 待做"（feat(provider-utils): WS proxy tunnel + RFC-0034 (realtime STT follow-ups) #183 已完成）、RFC-0016"M8 未落地"（[3/8] refactor!: messages and content follow the AI SDK #251/[4/8] refactor!: results and streams follow the AI SDK #252 已补）、RFC-0038"PR feat: support official decision providers, candidate scoring, and native media #226 验证中"、RFC-0007 应为 IMPLEMENTED、RFC-0020 按其修订注记应为 SUPERSEDED、RFC-0021 P2 未实现却写 IMPLEMENTED（见 Core 运行时：与 AI SDK 的剩余差距（对齐文档 §9.1 已知差距） #276）。
• RFC-0002、0006、0015、0017 的"V4 层合入前本文仍描述主线"条件已满足，正文需更新。
• RFC-0035 仍描述 4 个旧 C 导出和绑定内的 repair 循环，[14/14] feat!: ops layer, C ABI and bindings #265 后改为三个 toolRepair.* op。
• RFC-0037/0038 仍说结构化输出不做 decision 适配，master 已移植 DecisionLanguageModel（对齐文档 §3.1:401）；入口列表仍是旧 C 函数。
• RFC-0003/0004/0008/0009/0010/0011/0014/0023 状态行引用已删除的文件、符号或已关闭的 issue。

API 与用户文档

• docs/api/c.md、decision.md、reference.md、gaps.md、docs/API.md 仍描述旧的一百多个 C 导出。
• docs/session-affinity-guide.md、PROJECT-OVERVIEW.md、aimux-vs-aisdk-node.md 仍用 [14/14] feat!: ops layer, C ABI and bindings #265 删除的 Node/Python 顶层 API。
• docs/error-model.md 缺 300–306 错误码。
• 对齐文档 §4.6 仍写已删除的 aimux_init_logging。

文档重组（RFC-0036 §13，ROADMAP E1）

• RFC-0031 从 docs/ai-sdk-request-pipeline.md 迁入 rfc/。
• 新增 rfc/README.md 索引，登记 0005、0027 编号重复。
• 归档 docs/plan、docs/internal、docs/quality-audit，修链接。
