I’m a senior engineering and platform leader who works at the intersection of software architecture, platform engineering, and engineering transformation.
I help organizations build systems that scale — not just technically, but organizationally.
I work on problems where:
- systems are large and long-lived
- delivery velocity matters as much as reliability
- quality is a system property, not a checklist
- developer experience directly impacts business outcomes
My experience spans regulated healthcare platforms, enterprise SaaS, construction lifecycle systems, and internal developer platforms (IDP).
My focus is not tools — it is intent, leverage, and sustainable engineering outcomes.
I believe:
- Quality emerges from systems, not heroics
- Platforms exist to reduce cognitive load and amplify teams
- Good architecture makes the right thing easy
- Strong engineering cultures are designed, not assumed
- Trade-offs should be explicit, not accidental
Most of my work explores how engineering decisions scale — across teams, domains, and time.
I write regularly about:
- platform engineering and developer experience
- quality as an operating model
- testing as a signal, not a metric
- architectural decision-making
- leadership in technical systems

This is where I expand on ideas that don’t fit neatly into pull requests or design docs.
This GitHub space is a mix of:
- architectural explorations
- platform and developer-experience experiments
- design and quality thinking
- notes from real-world engineering transformation work
Not everything here is polished.
Almost everything here reflects how I reason about systems.
I enjoy conversations around:
- platform strategy
- engineering leadership
- architecture at scale
- quality and delivery transformation
