Add Surrealdb

Multi-modal Database with Vector Store functionalities.

Couple of things.

First the format is slightly incorrected as its all on a single line. Please split in multiple lines.

Second. While I concur SurrealDB is a great and useful DB that is worth to be put on the site, the vector-database space is already very crowded and think its better to keep this reserved for databases that have this as primary focus.

For now would be great if a new category is added "nosql-databases", where this link would then fit in perfectly.
